Vegas Spotlight | Revel Seasonal Residences

Las Vegas, Nevada, is world famous for their gaming and casinos, but the city has even more to offer its millions of annual visitors. No matter the time of year, there’s fun to be found on and off The Strip.

Revel Communities is proud to offer a new flexible living option for our residents, allowing them to book three- or six-month stays at a second Revel location, where they will experience the same exceptional services, dining experiences and amenities they have come to expect, while enriching their lives through building new relationships and making new memories.

Interested in making Las Vegas your part-time home? We rounded up our top recommendations of things to do and see, all a stone’s throw from Revel Vegas.

Experience the Great Outdoors
If spending time in the great outdoors is on your must-do list, head out to Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area, featuring more than 30 miles of hiking trails, rock climbing, horseback riding and picnic areas; or take a quick drive to Mount Charleston in the scenic Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest for a cool afternoon hike. Check out Chilean flamingos and other feathered friends at the Flamingo Wildlife Habitat or see more than 300 interactive exhibits that tell the story of Las Vegas’ past, present and future at Springs Preserve.

Golf
Go clubbing – golf, that is. Head to one of the dozens of beautiful country club-style courses found in and around Las Vegas. Take aim at the indoor glow-in-the-dark, KISS-themed miniature golf course, or challenge your friends to a quick par-3 round at the Las Vegas Golf Center across from Town Square on Las Vegas Boulevard.

Las Vegas History
Take in a little Las Vegas history downtown at the Mob Museum, which features interactive exhibits and artifacts that teach visitors all about the most notorious gangsters in Las Vegas. While you’re downtown, check out the Boneyard at the Neon Museum, a daytime-only attraction where you’ll see iconic Las Vegas signs from the 1930s into the early ’90s.

Shopping
Indulge in luxury shopping on the strip at the Shops at Crystals or The Forum Shops at Caesars or explore retail therapy in other areas of town. Downtown Container Park is a shopping, dining, and entertainment destination made up of re-purposed shipping containers. Looking for a deal? Check out the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets.

Get Pampered
Spas in Las Vegas put a new spin on rest and relaxation. Luxurious spas offer over-the-top treatments, including the Cleopatra Golden Goddess Facial at Caesar’s Palace, The Journey to Euphoria at The Spa at Encore and the Spa Gemstone Journey at ARIA.

Casinos
The most popular activity, and the reason so many tourists flock to Las Vegas, is the countless options for gambling. Downtown Las Vegas, which has seen innovative developments in the last few years, has a variety of options to try your luck. Or you can make your way up and down the world-renowned casinos on The Strip.

Sports Galore
Las Vegas is home to the NHL Vegas Golden Knights, NFL Las Vegas Raiders and the WBNA Las Vegas Aces. Baseball fans can take in a minor league Las Vegas Aviators (affiliates of the Oakland A’s) game.

Special Events
Take in a comedy show or concert at a lively venue on The Strip or consider attending one of the many festivals scheduled throughout the year. The Rise Lantern Festival takes place in October in the Mojave Desert 25 miles south of Las Vegas. If a food festival is more your speed, the Las Vegas Food and Wine Festival is held every fall, and there are also Greek and Indian food festivals held annually.
